An organisation providing educational support services partnered with 360 to deliver a Time Management Power Hour. This session was designed in response to themes emerging from the annual staff survey—specifically around time pressures and challenges with collaboration in a remote environment.
The Solution
The session guided participants through key strategies to take control of their time and build personal effectiveness. They explored how to become more self-aware of their working styles, clarify their priorities and deliverables, and apply practical tools like the Urgent/Important Matrix. The Power Hour also covered techniques to manage interruptions, balance reactive tasks, and stay focused—especially when juggling competing demands. Discussions also tackled the impact of self-sabotaging habits, unhelpful behaviours from others, and how assertiveness and resilience can support effectiveness during tough periods.
Results
Delegates came away with a clearer sense of control and practical strategies to manage their time more effectively day-to-day. The session created space for individuals to reflect on their working practices and consider new approaches to structure their day, set boundaries, and manage expectations. Teams felt more confident navigating the unique challenges of remote working while maintaining productivity and wellbeing.
