What we heard
A national online retail business with 300 employees asked us how they could help the leadership team handle significant change, and support those having to have difficult conversations.
Our brief was to answer the following questions:
How can we support our managers with having difficult conversations?
How can we navigate the changes and maintain positive relationships between managers and their teams?
What do we need to do to make sure they feel supported?
We held a group coaching workshop with the senior leadership team to understand the impact of the planned change. A subsequent series of 1:1 coaching conversations explored individual approaches to difficult conversations, and provided an opportunity to discuss and address specific challenges.
