Stage 1 – Psychological Profiling
We kick off our Leadership Development Programme with a powerful Psychological Profiling exercise that enhances self-awareness and reveals the impact of your actions on others. This exercise equips your Leaders with the insight needed to better understand themselves and the people they work with, sharpening their ability to strengthen key workplace relationships. It’s an essential step in unlocking deeper awareness of individual communication and decision-making styles, while fostering an appreciation for diverse approaches.
Stage 2 – Individual coaching sessions
Following the Psychological Profiling exercise a 360 facilitator will help each learner identify key personal development objectives. Every learner will engage in a 60-minute virtual coaching session to explore their results and work out how to tailor the programme to their specific needs.
Stage 3 – Building High Performing Leadership Teams
In this dynamic, hands-on workshop, teams will assess current behaviours and working styles—identifying strengths to amplify and areas to refine. We’ll also explore how high Psychological Safety can supercharge team performance, giving team members a chance to evaluate current safety levels and agree on actions to model all four stages of safety.
Workshop overview
What does it take for a Leadership Team to realise its full potential? What are the building blocks that will help shape a creative, collaborative, and agile way of working, one which embraces conflict as a force to drive creativity and innovation?
In this highly interactive and reflective workshop, time will be spent exploring such questions. We will focus on the impact the team is currently making and explore what steps need to be taken to amplify that impact even further.
We will explore the many benefits that high levels of Psychological Safety can bring, to how well a team work together. Team members will be encouraged to reflect on existing levels of Psychological Safety and agree what’s working and what needs improving.
Team members will also be encouraged to reflect on current behaviours and working styles, identifying those that need to be amplified and those that may need to be reshaped.

Stage 4 – Individual Action Planning
Each learner will take part in a follow-up coaching session, where they’ll map out actionable steps for ongoing development. These coaching sessions are designed to offer clarity and guidance, pushing leaders towards solutions that boost both individual and team performance. Each coaching session lasts 60 minutes, delivered back-to-back in one day. This structured approach gives your team the insight, skills, and actions to lead with confidence and drive real performance.
