Terms and Conditions

The following are the full contractual terms between 360 Training Limited (‘360’) and any individual or organisation to which 360 provides training courses (‘the Client’).
  1. The following are the full contractual terms between 360 Training Limited (‘360’) and any individual or organisation to which 360 provides training courses (‘the Client’).
  2. 360 will deliver the course(s) as described in the proposal and/or invoice to a reasonable quality. In the event that circumstances beyond the control of 360 prevent use of the agreed trainer(s) or delivery on the agreed date(s) 360 will provide alternative trainer(s) of equivalent quality on dates agreed with the Client.
  3. The Client may cancel or postpone the course and receive a full credit provided that cancellation is made eight weeks or more prior to the course date. Where the Client cancels or postpones the course less than eight weeks but more than four weeks prior to the course date then 50% of the total course fee shall be payable. Where courses are cancelled or postponed four weeks or less before the course date then the full course fee will be payable.
  4. 360 will invoice the agreed fee in advance of each course. The Client will settle the first invoice no later than 30 working days after the course, unless agreed otherwise. 360 reserves the right to cancel any course and future courses with the Client without compensation if payment is not made by the due date.
  5. 360 will invoice the Client for reasonable travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses incurred in delivering the event outside of London. The Client will settle any such invoice within 30 days of receipt.
  6. 360 shall not be liable to repay any costs or expenses of the Client in the event of a cancellation or postponement of a course.
  7. 360 will provide a master copy of PowerPoint to the Client for each course. Copyright of the course notes will remain the property of 360 and its Associates and the Client shall only reproduce the notes for the purposes of the course.
  8. 360 will provide to the Client a copy of the Client staff’s completed feedback within 3 days of the course(s).
  9. 360 and the Client agree not to employ the staff or freelance associates of each other for a period of 12 months from the last course date.
  10. The Client will provide the venue and equipment as agreed in the proposal for any in person training.
  11. If a virtually delivered session is critically affected by technical issues with the trainer’s equipment (laptop, microphone, camera etc), or the meeting software, or any other equipment needed to run the session which cannot be rectified within 10 minutes, the Client can: a. Request the session to be rescheduled and run at a new alternative  time/date at no cost. b. Jointly agree an alternative mitigation with 360 Training.
  12. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England.
