Understanding your business and the context the development sits in: 360 will build a more specific understanding of your development objectives by exploring the strategic and cultural context that sits around your planned development programme.
Providing experiences that resonate: We build and shape relevant, targeted workshop content that reflects the learner’s everyday workplace experiences.
A highly experiential and interactive approach: As well as ensuring practical and highly interactive workshop delivery we top and tail each workshop with reading / podcast and TED talk recommendations.
Embedding of skills and ongoing support: Pre and post workshop we encourage delegates to share objectives and outcomes with their managers. These personal commitments can then be explored in a team coaching workshop.
Evaluating and monitoring action plans: We work with you to design and develop ways of measuring the impact the programme has delivered for your business.
Bringing learning back into the workplace: We support the transfer of learning back into the workplace with regular feedback and review meetings, both during and at the end of our programme.

As Business Co-ordinator, Charlotte responds to the needs of 360's clients and is often the first point of contact. She has worked as a Theatre Production Manager and Producer for the past eight years, and has a flair for making things happen. Her background in organisation and driving projects forward is invaluable in her 360 Training role.

Tracey is an accomplished learning and development practitioner, trainer and coach with 20 years commercial experience in both the private and public sector, retail and the charity sector. Tracey specialises in leadership, management and soft skills, and draws upon her knowledge and experience to support managers to develop and perform at their optimum.

Sarah is an organisational psychologist with over 20 years’ experience in learning and development. Her specialism is in leadership development, coaching and cultural change. Her specialist knowledge of training and development complements her psychological knowledge to achieve results.
