We held a group coaching workshop with the senior leadership team to understand the impact of the planned change. A subsequent series of 1:1 coaching conversations explored individual approaches to difficult conversations, and provided an opportunity to discuss and address specific challenges.
Senior managers felt confident to prepare for and have the necessary discussions, using their own natural style but with a clear structure.
