Bespoke Solution

Learning in Action

After completing a development programme or workshop, many learners return to their day job with great intentions to apply what they’ve learned. But let’s be real – the pressure of work often makes it harder to implement those new skills than they first thought.

That’s where a Learning In Action workshop (also known as Action Learning or Group Coaching) comes in. It’s the perfect opportunity to reconnect, reflect, and re-energise.

What we cover

  • Revisit action plans: Learners reflect on personal action plans created after the initial programme.
  • Share progress: Discuss real-world results and successes in applying new skills.
  • Collaborative coaching: Learners coach and mentor each other, learning from shared experiences.
  • Focus on challenges: Tackle ongoing challenges, explore specific interests, or address any development gaps.
  • Keep moving forward: Build actionable plans to keep the momentum going.
