If you’ve worked with us before you’ll know how our founder Ally very much believes in a ‘paying it forward’ philosophy. With that in mind we will be running a free one-hour ‘Setting Yourself Up For Success’ workshop on Thursday 18th January from 2pm to 3pm.

It will be a dynamic and interactive hour with Ally, giving people an opportunity to step back and reflect on what it will take for any of us to truly make an impact in 2024.

We will explore:

• Getting to know YOU, the foundation of personal growth
• The value of the Growth Mindset and the Momentum Mindset
• Defining personal impact – avoiding the busyness trap
• Building in the Energisers, tackling the Kryptonite
• Staying on track – navigating through potholes and barriers
• Action planning for 2024
