What we heard
A residential energy services company approached us to support the development of its leadership team. The organisation had experienced significant growth through a merger and recognised the need to invest in building healthy and robust relationships between senior leaders. The core focus was on raising understanding of how individual behaviours impact team dynamics and overall performance.
