What we heard

A leading global advertising technology business approached us to support the development of its senior leadership team. The organisation had recently undergone significant change and recognised the importance of strengthening team cohesion and alignment around a clear strategic direction for the year ahead. The goal was to build a more connected leadership group, enhance collaboration, create clarity around priorities, goals and accountability.

The Leadership Edge Programme, with a specific focus on identifying shared priorities, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and shaping a 2025 “playbook” – a tangible framework of goals, actions and measures to guide decision-making and execution.
