What we heard

A national publishing distribution centre engaged us to help upskill their team of internal trainers. With a diverse and fast-paced working environment, the organisation needed a consistent and effective approach to peer-led training. Leadership wanted to ensure that all training sessions were engaging, aligned to operational needs, and delivered to a high standard. They were seeking clarity on how to equip trainers with the right skills, implement a structured training model, and maintain quality over time.

What we did

Working closely with internal stakeholders, we developed a tailored Train the Trainer programme designed specifically for their operational context. The approach was practical and collaborative, helping trainers build the confidence and techniques needed to lead impactful sessions.

The programme focused on developing facilitation skills, delivering engaging content, and aligning sessions with clear learning outcomes. To support long-term success, we provided detailed facilitator materials, structured workshop guides, and practical tools that ensured consistency across all sessions.

Following the initial delivery, we introduced ongoing coaching to support trainers as they applied their skills in real-world settings. These sessions allowed trainers to reflect on their experiences, troubleshoot challenges, and continue to refine their approach.
