A leading creative production studio engaged us to support the growth and alignment of its senior leadership team. As the organisation expanded its global presence, it recognised the importance of strengthening collaboration, building trust, and defining what high-performing leadership looks like in a fast-paced, creative environment. The goal was to deepen self-awareness, improve communication, and enhance alignment across the leadership group, ensuring the team could lead effectively through the next stage of growth.
