A leading European research organisation approached us to support the development of its HR team. The organisation recognised the need to build communication, confidence, and impact across the team, particularly when navigating challenging conversations and influencing stakeholders.

The Solution
We designed and delivered a series of focused 60-minute “Power Hour” workshops, tailored to the needs and context of the HR team. The sessions covered key topics including Managing Conflict, Giving and Receiving Feedback, Handling Difficult Conversations, and Influencing & Negotiation.  Each session was designed to be highly practical and engaging, combining insight with application.

Results
The HR team reported increased confidence in handling complex interpersonal dynamics. They gained practical strategies for managing conflict and delivering feedback more effectively, as well as tools to navigate difficult conversations with greater clarity and composure.  The Power Hours provided a strong foundation for ongoing development and a clear step toward embedding more impactful communication behaviours across the HR function.
