Ally Dawkins is a founding Director of 360. She has over 20 years' experience in both the UK and US publishing and media markets. Alison has worked for start-ups, small businesses and major corporations, predominantly in sales, account management, business development and senior management roles. She is a Political Science and Psychology graduate with a Masters in Learning and Development.
Ally specialises in the areas of People Management and Personal Impact. She is committed to giving delegates the opportunity to test out new skills and techniques in a stretching yet supportive environment.
Sandra Bull has more than 25 years’ experience as a professional communicator with a senior executive grounding gained at some household name retailers. She founded her career as a news journalist before switching to corporate communications, leading teams at Arcadia Group and Mothercare. She continues to evolve her experience in the communications arena, bringing valuable insights gained via consultancy projects into her sessions for 360.
Sandra focuses in the main on communications-led sessions, helping delegates to get their message across with clarity and impact while adapting their style to suit both audience and purpose.
Liz has over 10 years of HR/L&D experience from roles across the retail, advertising and PR sectors. In 2010 she moved into training full time with a particular interest in the attraction and retention of young talent and the development of high performing cross-generational teams.
Liz’s current areas of research/interest are generational theory (focusing on Gen Y/Z), communication & presentation and team working. Her favourite sessions are high energy bite-sized workshops where she is able to challenge delegates to focus on, and achieve their objectives – acquiring new skills to take back into their working lives.
Tracey Rotsey BA PG Dip is an accomplished learning and development practitioner, trainer and coach with over 13 years commercial experience in both the private and public sector, and more recently within retail and the charity sector. Tracey specialises in the design, development and delivery of leadership and management programmes predominantly for new, middle and senior managers and draws upon her knowledge, experience and accomplishments within this area to support managers to continuously develop and perform at their optimum. Tracey is known for her personal gravitas, commitment and passion for learning to support changing the way people think, behave and act and really understands the commercial benefits of investing in learning to support continuous improvement and performance.
Tracey is a qualified coach from The Coaching Academy, an Associate CIPD member and CIPD qualified trainer. She also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Advice and Guidance, and a BA (Hons) in Business and Quality Management.
Sarah is an organisational psychologist with diverse experience of working with individuals and groups. With over 20 years’ experience in the learning and development field, her specialism is in leadership development, coaching and cultural change. Sarah has worked at all levels of organisations. She has designed and run graduate training programmes, management development initiatives and executive leadership programmes. Sarah has worked with senior managers and directors in varying contexts – from executive coaching and feedback sessions to group facilitation on a wide range of development topics and organisational challenges.
She is a skilled facilitator who tailors her approach to fit with both group and individual learning needs. She creates a safe environment for people to explore and learn, ensuring they get the best of themselves, which then enables them to deliver business improvements. She combines her specialist knowledge of training and development with her psychological knowledge to achieve results.
Gemma is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, with a diverse career history that has spanned in-house and consultancy roles. She specialises in providing learning, organisational development and talent management solutions and has worked with clients across private, public and not-for profit sectors.
She is an experienced trainer and coach. She has designed and delivered leadership development programmes for clients that have incorporated workshops, coaching and action learning and she has created and facilitated a wide range of personal and management development workshops for clients.
She has also led large and small projects that have spanned the talent cycle, from redesigning selection, performance and talent management processes, to creating and delivering assessment solutions.
As well as being a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Gemma holds a postgraduate diploma in training and development, is trained to BPS standards in the use of psychometric assessments and is a qualified coach. She is also registered with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health Professions Council (HPC) and a member of the Special Group of Coaching Psychology.
Jane has over 20 years' experience working in marketing and communications, both in-house and in agency account management roles. Jane has worked with major international businesses as well as independents and start-ups.
Jane specialises in the area of communications. With a degree in design, she is a natural creative thinker with her eye firmly on the business outcomes. Jane’s focus is on giving delegates the insights and skills to create effective communication strategies and plans to ensure successful business outcomes.
Andrew is a Chartered Psychologist with a highly practical approach to learning and development, honed through more than 30 years’ experience in industry and consultancy. He worked in Project Management and Organisational Change with Bass plc, Coopers and Lybrand and Mercury Communications. After retraining and qualifying as a psychologist in 2005, Andrew was Lead Trainer with The Myers Briggs Company and more recently, he was Global Training Manager for Talent Q, a psychometrics business owned by Korn Ferry. In this role he designed, deployed, managed and evaluated a wide range of training and development interventions for clients.
Andrew has a particular passion for resilience and wellbeing at work, having written two books in this area. He has an MBA from Aston Business School, a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology from The Open University and an MSc in Organisational Psychology from Bristol University.
